My website (“Letters from Sunshine”) does contain information and/or advice, but should not be taken as professional and/or accurate information and/or advice. I am not responsible for any problems and/or results that occur by following it. I am not responsible any inaccurate, out-of-date information, and/or errors that appear on this site.
My site allows visitors to post comments through Disqus. These comments may not be written in any way that can be interpreted as rude to any person(s) and may not contain any rude or inappropriate language (such as cursing). Essentially, keep it family-friendly. I can choose to remove any comment for any reason that I see necessary without notifying the person who placed the comment. If anybody violates these Terms and Conditions, then I have the full right to block him/her from commenting on the website. However, I cannot be held responsible if I accidentally overlook a comment that violates these Terms.
If anybody is found to be violating the terms and conditions of Letters From Sunshine, or is acting in a way that can be as threatening then I have the full right to sue him/her for any losses and/or damages, and/or to block him/her from commenting on the website, and/or contact the proper authorities. I also have the right to block anybody emailing me who violates these Terms and Conditions.
My website is being operated under the United States of America in the state of Kentucky. I am therefore following the laws of this state and country and am not responsible for following the laws of other states/countries that this blog can be accessed from.
